It was a beautiful warm evening for the BRC Trivia Night on Friday 18 November as 10 teams battled their trivia knowledge over several rounds of topics.
Thanks to Victoria Clay and the womens masters squad for co-ordinating the event, to Juliette and Rose for setting up and decorating the hall, to Niki and Anthea for organisng the booze, to Kim, Cass and Nick for running the bar, to Beverley and Polly for organising the tombola and to everyone who donated prizes and helped to clear up afterwards. It was a great night and our combined efforts raised a profit of about $3800.00 for the club so well done everyone.
A special thanks to Shane Ditcham who did a fabulous job as quiz master, especially as he had to use a megaphone for most of the evening.
Congratulations also to the winning team, 'In Oar' who indeed lived up to their name.
